When we hear “All Praise to God or Allah” we know the intention is to understand Creation and Self.

Life/Death is Everyday LIFE

in Europe today is 2.3.23

What is God to Us?

When we hear “All Praise to God or Allah” we know the intention is to understand Creation and Self.

Christ said to “Seek the Christ within”
Buddha, “sought inner wisdom”
Sufis seek “the secret garden in the heart”

We say these words:
“All Praise to Original Creation” as it exists inside every beating Heart and energetic Life form.

All Praise to Mother Earth who was a conscious being before Sound, Light and Form. All Praise to Mother Earth as she lives inside all Beings and in ME.

All Praise to Me and You for representing Mother Earth and the epic of Life and Death in order to add more to Creation.

Universe is “One Verse”

The Universe is simply ‘one verse’. The word/vibration/frequencies/sound of Creation. All things are manifested from this vibration which evolved out of pure thought or the infinite depth of the mystery of our life.

Universe is the impulse of Creation. This ‘vibration’ caused the Universe and maintains the energeticness and viability of all life and balance. It represents energies, wisdom and all human intercourse via the spoken and heard words of each other.

Our speech is a repeat of the beginning of Creation. Each sound and utterance spoken or heard is a form of ‘the Word’ and the ‘birth of a new creation’ and progression of it.

What does the Universe want from Me

The universe wants all there is to discover/create within itself. Our Universe is also our Human Body. They are exactly matched and exactly resonating together.

Our body — the Universe, seeks more Creation via creativity, knowledge and experience. We are evolved from the original sentient beings of our Earth plane and are the most Exalted, wisest and most enriched and capable in the Universe.

We, as developed Hue/Mens are willing to expand, contract and ‘experiment’ on ourselves for the sake of the highest wisdom and the closest possible partnership to Creation itself. Our ‘illusion world’ was purposely developed this way to enhance Creativity. Our creative mission is within an 8,000-year cycle of self-forgetfulness of “this creative world”.

We condensed ourselves to become uniquely seasoned and have unique perspectives to serve Creation and ourselves. We are gently awakening.

Life/Death World — Cycles of Psy-Culling (cycling)

This creative cycle brings about a more dense people with a nature that is opposed to peace and leans toward fighting. In fact, even the plants and animals of today are different by Nature then the original animal and plant totems.

For example, there were no blood sucking animals or parasites in our ancient Society. These animals are a direct reflection of the foul nature, thought processes, and actions of the people. The humans behavior determines their bodies and the outer world of Creation. All determined by human thoughts and actions.

The Earth’s magnetic field records the development of life from the thought processes and minds of the human beings. Animals and plants receive their developmental direction from the magnetic fields induced/created by Man.

Each animal represents a partial manifestation of a portion of our minds and aspect of the character. Modern scientists, have identified these portions of the brain and have categorized them as the mammalian brain, reptilian brain, and insectoid brain.

These harsh and violent animals developed from the human mind.

Counter to Stress/Death is Sleep/Life

As we sleep, our brains networks of nerves, neurons and memories re-assemble, organize and find priorities based on the previous day’s events.

Our ‘sleeping brains networks’ — replay, process, learn, and extract meaning from our waking days. Our brain is in deep thought and working hard for us when we sleep.

We sleep unconscious and virtually dead for 1/3 of our Life. This ‘dead’ time is crucial to life and we will die if we do not recharge our form during sleeptime.

Heart Health from Sleep

Scientists subjected volunteer test subjects, healthy men with no history of cardiac problems, to sleep deprivation. At various points, they measured their vascular fitness, checking their heart rates, their blood pressure, and their levels of certain proteins associated with heart problems. Within two days, almost every marker was elevated.

Conversely, in a study looking at sleep apnea, which is strongly linked to cardiovascular disease, treatment of the apnea was found to improve vascular function in short order: once patients could sleep soundly, the stress on their hearts was relieved. Skip Sleep, Skip Life

Unpleasant disorders from skipping sleep offer tantalizing lines of sleep explanations. The link between bad sleep habit and neurodegenerative disease and other forms of cognitive impairment, displays that sleep could is required for cognitive upkeep and function.

Links to heart disease demonstrate that sleep serves to relieve vascular stress. Insomnia is directly associated with depression proving that sleep assists us with emotionally stressful or otherwise disruptive events.

Sleep is crucial for memory consolidation; it is also a remarkably selective mechanism of the Human function. We cannot remember everything that happens to us on a given day, but sometimes, we remember an emotional circumstance, while, at other times, we clunk through mundane details to figure out why something matters or should have less value.

A study has demonstrated that Sleeping and dreaming guide us through data points and events we have gathered and actually ‘isolate and store’ the important take-aways of the previous day.

Be it the the ‘most important points’ of a day or series of day’s worth of information or specific detail. Stickgold says: “When we dream, we get the pieces. When we wake, we can know the whole.”

Good Sleep — Good Memory

Sleep-dependent memory triage: evolving generalization through selective processing:

Robert Stickgold & Matthew P Walker — Published: 28 January 2013

Abstract:
“The brain does not retain all the information it encodes in a day. Much is forgotten, and of those memories retained, their subsequent evolution can follow any of a number of pathways.

Emerging data makes clear that sleep is a compelling candidate for performing many of these operations. But how does the sleeping brain know which information to preserve and which to forget? What should sleep do with that information it chooses to keep?

For information that is retained, sleep can integrate it into existing memory networks, look for common patterns and distill overarching rules, or simply stabilize and strengthen the memory exactly as it was learned.

We suggest such ‘memory triage’ lies at the heart of a sleep-dependent memory processing system that selects new information, in a discriminatory manner, and assimilates it into the brain’s vast armamentarium of evolving knowledge, helping guide each organism through its own, unique life.”

Sleep Cures All

In other words, during the calm of sleep and ‘no one on is our backs’, we can peacefully “lay everything on the table” and assimilate the best of the previous day or days.
